About Trinity Home and Hospital

Trinity Home and Hospital Limited is registered as a charitable organisation and is one of the few rest homes in New Zealand which is administered on a ‘not for profit’ basis. 

The company is governed by a Board of Directors. The current directors are

  • Dennis Bourke (Chairperson)
  • Jan Dunlop (Deputy Chairperson )
  • John Langridge
  • Michael O’Shea
  • Miranda Cullen

The Trinity Trust was also established in September 1999, is the primary stakeholder and registered as a charitable trust. The current Trust members are

  • Patricia Sutherland
  • Michael O’Shea
  • Morris Roberts
  • Joe Clough
  • Dennis Bourke

Although Trinity had a long association with the Sisters of the Little Company of Mary, it is a non-denominational facility and anyone in need of care is welcome.
