Daycare & Activities

Daycare is provided at any time that it is required. This service provides a nurturing environment where participants can feel happy, safe and secure along with a providing a welcome opportunity for respite care for relatives.

The Daycare package includes participating in the recreation programme, a midday meal along with morning and afternoon tea, and staff are able to provide any other assistance as required.

Our recreational personnel organise regular events for the participation and enjoyment of residents. We have two large, sunny activities rooms for entertainment, playing bingo and other games, exercises and movement or simply watching television. Some residents play Bridge. Some residents are musicians and many enjoy a sing-along. Regular outings and musical entertainment are features of our program.

Bingo is a popular activity. Staff also guide residents in doing hobbies. The attractive, landscaped grounds offer a very pleasant and safe environment for exercise.
