Self-contained Flats

For people who are a little more independent, there are totally self-contained rental flats in the grounds of the Home and Hospital.

These are ideal for people who require minimum care, or for the spouses or partners of Trinity Residents. Each flat features a spacious two-roomed unit with kitchenette including refrigerator and stove, carpets and curtains, and electrical heating. Telephone and power accounts are the tenant's responsibility.

All flats have an emergency call bell connected to the main facility. Services such as cleaning, laundry and meals can be arranged for an additional cost.
